Hosting Events with Mission Control

You do not have to be an expert in gaming to offer recreational esports at your organization. Mission Control has built a simple and familiar platform to guide recreation professionals in hosting esports for their communities. Benefits of esports include:

1.    Building Community by engaging your organization in an activity they already love.

2.    Gaining Insights to further understand your organization through the collection and analysis of data

3.    Creating Revenue by choosing to charge registration fees for your esports leagues.

The Mission Control platform gives admins the ability to:

MANAGE: Create leagues for popular titles across all platforms. Admins can set the schedule, customize league settings, and invite their community. 

ENGAGE: Update your organization with notifications and monitor leagues as they happen. Communicate with players and moderate directly from the admin platform.

PROMOTE: Customize pre-built flyers and follow the included marketing roadmap to promote your leagues. Enjoy the simplicity

LEARN: Utilize the roster system to monitor performance and learn about your community. Use analytics to find ways to improve your organization.

To use Mission Control’s software, each organization pays in all three of the following ways:

1.    Launch - a one-time setup fee for onboarding, launch support, and a focused marketing push.

2.    Annual - recurring fee for access to platform, tools, and customer support.

3.    Transaction – if organizations choose to charge for registrations, Mission Control collects a transaction fee. Customers who choose to charge players a registration fee to join their leagues will receive 90% of the revenue while 10% goes to Mission Control

SAY National Events

SAY National will offer esports programming opportunities to all our members, including players, parents, coaches, referees, and administrators. Players will be divided into two groups for major competitions: minors (17 years old and under) and adults. 

To participate in SAY National events, players must take the following steps:

1.    Download the Mission Control app to their device by visiting missioncontrol.gg/play or https://bit.ly/3rQVesY

2.    Create a player profile including current email address

3.    Search for SAY Soccer in the ‘join an organization’ tab and join

4.    Register for your desired event under the ‘open activities’ section

Once a player has joined SAY Soccer on Mission Control, they are able to:

1.    View schedules and standings for the season

2.    Chat and compete with league mates, through the public league board and matchup specific private messages

3.    Submit match results with photo verification
