SAY Playing Laws Rulebook      

The 2020 SAY Soccer online rulebook is updated with the new 2020 rules. This version of the rulebook is now a linkable PDF and can easily be searched and downloaded on any mobile device. Using Ctrl+F will bring up a search bar for you to have quick access to any specific information that you are looking for within the rulebook. The online Rulebook will always be the most current version of the SAY Playing Rules.

2020 New SAY Playing Rules - Laws      

The two-page new rules document highlights the main SAY Playing Rules - Law Changes for the SAY Soccer 2020 playing season. These changes are based on the IFAB rules that were introduced in August 2019.

The condensed SAY Playing Rules have been created as a quick reference guide to the SAY Playing Rules - Laws for referees, coaches and parents. These two-page playing rules documents have been divided by age group for fast access. These do not replace the current SAY Rulebook but rather offer a simplistic version of the playing laws. 

SAY Premier Laws of the Game      

SAY Premier teams play in their local U.S. Soccer leagues and use the IFAB (The International Football Association Board) Lawbook. Use the link to direct you to the IFAB Laws of the game.
