sign off on this statement.

SAY RETURN TO PLAY RECOMMENDATIONS

While SAY Soccer takes pride in our organization’s approach to the spirit of ‘reasonable flexibility’, these protocols should be applied in conjunction with all relevant guidance from USOPC, U.S. Soccer, federal and state authorities, health professionals, OSHA and information from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

ALTERNATIVES TO LEAGUE PLAY  

Many of our members have contacted us asking if they are able to move and/or deviate from traditional seasons. The answer is yes, pending future communication from the WHO, CDC, NIH and U.S. Soccer, that would indicate it is safe to play. SAY Soccer has the flexibility in our programming to fully sanction and insure your programs for alternative methods of organizing play. If you are unable to run a typical league for your community, follow the link above to check out these great alternatives available through SAY Soccer.  


U.S. SOCCER PLAY ON  

During the next few weeks, U.S. Soccer will share a host of resources in line with federal, state and national sporting organization guidelines under a new initiative called U.S. Soccer PLAY ON. These guidelines and best practices are intended for use WHEN AND IF your local authorities have deemed it safe to return to the practice field. U.S. Soccer is in no way endorsing holding practices or games in violation of any federal, state or local mandates.
