A long-standing SAY Area, Bay County Youth Soccer Association, was struck by disaster last year when Hurricane Michael tore through the town of Panama City, Florida. BCYSA was greatly affected by the storm, losing a large amount of infrastructure and equipment.

Since the storm, the organization has devoted loads of volunteer time to prepare for the 2019 season, but there is still much to be done.
