Per SAY Bylaws, submissions for changes to the Playing and/or Organizational Rules of the organization may be made by any SAY member. These recommendations are placed on the agenda for consideration at the next meeting of the National Board of Directors (NBOD). Submissions must be received by 11:59pm (EST) Wednesday July 1st, 2026, for consideration at the August NBOD meeting.
