These qualifications are determined by the SNRRC, SAY's National Rules and Referee Committee. If you have a specific rule question you can email your question to SNRRC@saysoccer.org

SAY's Referee Qualifications
The SNRRC have considered what would be appropriate for each level of refereeing, and herewith communicate it's recommendations to you. 

 

Referee State and National registration
This form MUST be signed by your SAYArea or District Referee Administrator, certifying that the information is accurate.

 

 

  Times Two Policy

All SAYAreas will require no less than two adults (suggested as unrelated), per team, to be present at all team functions such as games, practices, picnics, etc. NO Exceptions!
