Children improve by playing, so the less skilled players
need time competing in order to get better. Sometimes coaches get wrapped up in
winning and forget the importance of playing the less skilled. This is a
thought process that needs to be abandoned by coaches in order to have a
program that truly puts the growth mindset to the forefront.
